This year's event will be held on 4th July 2008 at Sandown Park racecourse. The Gold Cup suite and the Tingle Creek restaurant each have thirty tables of ten for lunch which will be preceded by a champagne reception. The rooms will be hosted by John Francombe and Alice Plunkett and a celebrity tipster will attempt to provide some guidance on the racing form. Last year Frankie Dettori provided three of the six winners and subject to availability we hope to have him back.

There will be six races, each sponsored by a property company who will present the winning connections with trophies after each race.

The champagne reception will start at 12pm and the last race will be around 5pm, with bars remaining open until 6pm.

During the afternoon there will be a silent auction and a raffle which will offer the winners some wonderful prizes.

The ultimate aim of the Property Race Day is to raise money for two charities, namely LandAid www.landaid.org and Hope & Homes www.hopeandhomes.org
