The Property Race Day has had great success over the last two years. The event has quickly established itself as a high point in the property calendar. It is also a perfect opportunity networking within the sector while enjoying a day at one of the top racecourses in the country.

The Property Race Day is an annual event held in July and the objective is to raise funds for designated charities. Over £200,000 has been raised for various children's charities in the UK and abroad including the SOS Children's Charity, Hopes and Homes, and Land Aid.

The 2009 event was held at a time of economic crisis, yet it still proved a hugely successful day providing light relief at an otherwise difficult period. Demand for this year’s event is higher than it's ever been and we hope we can build on the success of previous years.

With the added excitement of a move to Ascot, the world's premier race course, we believe this signifies the evolution of the event and the facilities at Ascot Racecourse will further improve the enjoyment of a great day.
