The inaugural Property Race Day was on 6th July 2007 at Sandown Park racecourse. Over 700 people attended the event with all six races sponsored by various property companies.

The Property Race Day is to be an annual event to be held on the first Friday in July, in order to raise money for our two chosen charities, LandAid and Hope & Homes. The event enables individuals in the property industry to network whilst enjoying a day at the races at one of the top racecourses in the country.
