WELCOME FROM THE COMMITTEE
With this year's event fast approaching, the committee look forward to welcoming you to The Property Race Day. In 2011, our fifth year, the event will take place again at the world-famous Ascot Racecourse in the Pavillion facility which allows easier access to the racecourse, open outdoor spaces and the paddock, as well as an lunch for all our guests in one room.

Again we will be offering the dedicated Sporting Index Property Race Day Train. This is a free service which will leave from Waterloo and travel direct to Ascot non-stop –the station being only a short walk to the course. For 2011 the day will start with a champagne reception outside on a private lawn beside the Pavilion. If you are attending, we would appreciate it if you could be there on time as there is a tight schedule to get lunch underway in advance of the first race.
