There are 30 tables of ten in the Gold Cup suite and the same number in the Tingle Creek restaurant. The committee and the sponsors will be split between the two suites and guest tables will be allocated to the suite in which their committee host is seated. A set menu will be provided by the caterers Sodexho.

The day will open with a champagne reception accompanied by music from a steel band. John Francome and Alice Plunkett will host each room and take all sponsors and guests through the day's programme of events. It is anticipated that Frankie Dettori will provide his expertise on the day's racing.

A three course lunch will be served and each table representative will be provided with a wine list prior to the event to order their selections.

During the afternoon there will be a raffle. The prizes for 2008 are shown under 'Raffle'. Also throughout the afternoon a silent auction will take place, again see under 'Silent Auction' for the amazing prizes.

The last race will be at 5:05pm and all the bars will remain open until 6:00pm.
