RACE SPONSORSHIP (ALL SOLD)
Race sponsorship offers a fantastic platform in which to promote your brand not only to those at the event but also through the media associated with horse racing. There are also approximately 9,000 racegoers at Ascot Racecourse on the day.

- Branding through newspaper listings and editorial ahead of the race & throughout the season.
Branding:
- One on course banner and one banner in the paddock, both of which are picked up by TV cameras as well as
the public at Ascot Racecourse.
Advertising:
- Full colour page in the racecard, as well as logo on Sponsors Page.
- Full colour page in the Property Race Day Event Brochure, which is distributed to all the guests attending
the lunch in the Pavilion, approximately 600 all involved in the Property Industry.
Best Turned Out:
- Option to pick the Best Turned Out in the paddock, a prize of £100 will be provided.
Number cloth:
- Horses can wear branded number cloths, in the paddock before the race (branding costs not included).
Trophy:
- Trophy for the winning owner is included in the sponsorship package.
Hospitality:
- Complimentary entrance badges for 10 people and 5 car park badges. A table for 10 which includes a champagne reception, a three course lunch in the Ascot pavilion with some 700 guests. There will be special sponsorâ's tables, with branding behind the table. There is also after racing entertainment in the pavilion. Exclusive to sponsor privileges, e.g. access to Parade Ring both before and after race.
